Today samsung will introduce Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge at Mobile World Congress, Barcelona. It is expected that s6 will sport 5.1-inch QHD (2,560×1,440) Super AMOLED touchscreens and the panel in the S6 Edge will curve slightly both on the left and right edges. The phone will likely be 6.91mm thin and Both have metal frames, and Gorilla Glass 4 on the front as well as the back, for a more premium look.
Both phones are powered by Octa core processor with 3GB of RAM and runs latest version of the Android. Phone will have 20MP rear camera, and 5MP front facing camera.
However all the feature are expected features, we have to wait for official launch. Time of launching is 5:30 PM GMT and 11:30 PM IST (in India)
