Motorola has finally introduced its 3rd instalment of Z series phone the Moto Z Play. The Moto Z Play has mid-range specs, but it is compatible with Moto Mods accessories. Moto Z Play’s body is made up of blend of metal and glass, aluminium frame is used around the edges and two glass panels are used on the front and the back of the body, and the body has also water-repellent with nanocoating. Finger print sensor is at the bottom of front side.
Moto Z Play sports a 5.5-inch full HD super AMOLED screen. It is powered by 2.0GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core with Motorola Mobile Computing System coupled 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. Moto Z Play is runs on Android™ 6.0.1, Marshmallow and it will get Android 7.0 updates in upcoming dates. The phone has 32GB internal storage which can be expanded upto up to 2 TB via microSD card.
On photography section there is 16MP camera on back side of phone and a 5MP camera on the front side. Motorola collaborate with camera-maker Hasselblad and make a new photography-centric Moto Mod accessory True Zoom, Which supports 10x Optical Zoom and a Xenon flash and also allows users to shoot in RAW format and manually control shutter and zoom.
A 3,510 mAh non removable battery is equipped with phone. Phone supports TurboCharge feature, where-in 15 minutes of charging is enough power the phone for up to 9 hours. Moto Z Play will come in six colour options — Black, Silver, Black Slate, White, Fine Gold and Sugar White. It will priced at $ 499 (approx. Rs 30 000)
