Meet the LG V20, the first phone which comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box

LG has unveiled the LG V20, the first phone which comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The V20 is a successor V10 smartphone, LG V20 is coming with a lots of improvements, while keeping all the features of V10. LG V20 will come in Titan, Pink, and Silver colour options. LG hasn’t announced any pricing, the V20 will hit the market by the end of this month.

The LG V20 has lightweight aluminium body, which is supposed to be as tough as its predecessor. LG says V20 is made of aluminium AL6013 alloy, which is used to build airplanes and boats. LG claims it can easily survive drops from a height of four feet. There is a fingerprint sensor just below the camera hump.

The V20 comes with two display similar to V10, it has 5.7″ IPS Quad HD primary display and a 2.1” (160 x 1040 pixels) second display. LG V20 is powered by Snapdragon 820 chip paired with 4GB RAM and it runs on latest Android 7.0 Nougat. It has a 64GB inbuilt storage and storage expandable up to 256 GB Via microSD card.

The V20 has dual camera setup on its backside, first camera has a 16MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization, and 8MP second camera with an aperture of f/2.8. On the front side there is a single 5-megapixel f/1.9 wide angle camera.

The LG V20 has Hybrid Auto Focus (HAF) which integrates three AF mechanisms; Laser Detection AF, Phase Detection AF, and Contrast AF (for both videos and photos). LG V20 can record Hi-Fi videos and the optional Low Cut Filter (LCF) technology which remove unwanted background noise and Limiter (LMT), V20 is capable of capturing lossless 24 bit/48kHz audio along with its videos, which should record extremely loud sound.

The V20 supports connectivity options; 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C.  The LG V20 has a removable 3,200 mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0.
