Xiaomi officially introduced its Mi 6 at an event in Bejing. The Mi 6 includes some powerful specification like 3D Glass design, powerful Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, and dual rear cameras on back. Mi 6 will comes in two storage variants 64 GB and 128 GB variants and their prices are CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 23,500) and CNY 2,899 (roughly Rs. 27,000) respectively, both variants will be available in Black, White and Blue colour.
The Mi 6 comes with curved glass on the front and back phone along with a stainless steel frame, the four-sided 3D glass feature makes the smartphone looks premium. The smartphone is splash resistance. The fingerprint scanner is mounted on home button.
The Mi 6 has a 5.15″ size Full HD (1080p resolution) Display with 600 nits maximum brightness. The Mi is powered by powerful Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 GPU, and it has 6GB RAM. The Mi 6 comes in two storage variants 64GB and 128GB.
The Mi 6 comes with a dual-camera setup on the back, and each camera has 12MP sensor, similar to the Apple iPhone 7 plus- one camera features wide-angle lens and another features as telephoto camera for 2x lossless zoom. There is 4-axis optical stabilization to keep things steady from the wide-angle 12MP camera. On the front there is 8 MP front camera with 1080p video capture at 30fps, slo-mo videos.
The Mi 6 comes with front-firing dual speakers, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G with VoLTE, dual-SIM support. Xiaomi removed the 3.5mm headphone jack. There’s a large 3,350mAh battery inside the Mi 6. The smartphone has NFC and the smartphone is compatible with the Xiaomi’s Mi Pay NFC-based mobile payments service.
Apart from regular variant Xiaomi also introduces 3rd variant of Mi 6; Mi 6 Ceramic, which comes with a four-side curved ceramic body, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage and 18K gold-plated camera rims at the back, and it will comes in Black colour only. It has been priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 28,000).
