Samsung launched Galaxy J5 Prime along with Galaxy J7 Prime in India

Samsung launched Galaxy J5 Prime along with Galaxy J7 Prime in India. Galaxy J5 Prime has been priced at Rs. 14,790, and it will go on sale by the end of September in India. It is a successor of Galaxy J5 (2016).

Galaxy J5 Prime is a dual-SIM phone with Nano-SIM card support. It measures 142.8×69.5×8.1mm, and weighs in at 143 grams. It has fingerprint sensor on the home button. The Galaxy J5 Prime sports a 5-inch HD display and it is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core SoC processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The device has 16GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The Galaxy j5 Prime has a 13-megapixel camera on back with an f/1.9 aperture and LED flash, there 5-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Connectivity options of the device include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, and 4G. The device is powered by a 2400mAh battery.

Samsung also introduce two features like S Power Planning and S Secure, S Power Planning offer user to reserve battery technology for when the battery is running low and S Secure allows users to lock/ hide apps, and more. Galaxy J5 Prime comes with data bundle in which user will get 9 GB Data in the price of 1 GB.
